Art in Print

April 6 – May 26, 2007

As a result of the Newspaper in Education program of the Press-Telegram, teachers and students in grades K-12 from schools throughout Southern California learn printmaking techniques and create their own expressive images using simple printing processes. The Long Beach Museum of Art and Newspaper in Education collaborate and present a printmaking workshop for teachers at the Museum. The results of the classroom printing projects are presented in the Museum’s Toyota Children’s Gallery.
