Our diners can expect a revamped menu, just in time for the season change and warmer weather. The outdoor patio is reopening by reservation only and for parties up to six guests. Reservations will be made available online from Sunday, March 21. See Claire’s to view the restaurant’s updated opening hours and policies.
Long Beach Museum of Art, LBMA Downtown: Reopening April 1
Following a year-long mandated closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are thrilled to announce we can safely reopen both the Long Beach Museum of Art and LBMA Downtown indoor galleries at 25% capacity on April 1 to visitors with advance online tickets. Visitors will be required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth at all times, and maintain a distance of at least six feet from others. Please review our COVID-19 protocols and procedures prior to your visit.
Admission during COVID-19
Advance tickets for LBMA and LBMA Downtown will be made available online from Monday, March 22.
Shortly before the mandated closure in March 2020, the Long Beach Museum of Art celebrated 70 years of collecting, exhibiting and championing visual arts with two permanent collection shows: CA Designed 1955 and Decade by Decade: Women Artists of California. These exhibitions will continue on view through mid-May 2021. LBMA Downtown will open with works by Southern California women artists Christine Nguyen, Elyse Pignolet and Fran Siegel in Space as Presence.
