Adult Artmaking Workshop: Drawing Still

April 24, Thursday, 5 p.m. - 8 p.m and April 26, Saturday, Noon - 4 p.m.

Participants in this adult workshop will learn basic oil pastel drawing skills while focusing on the art of the still life. Inspired by Sherrie Wolf's Baroque Sensibilities, participants will create compositions of common place objects, books, vases, fruits, and flowers that are arranged and spotlighted by the instructor. Participants will draw and compose a still life over their choice of landscape or self-portrait.
